** Guests will take their seats for dinner around 6:15pm or so

* Tickets are nonrefundable. If purchaser is no longer able to attend, ticket may be transferred to another guest by emailing "jwright@8countkitchen.com" with "Guest Update" as the subject line, and new guest's first name and last name included in the body of the email. 

** Auto-gratuity may be applied to all bar tabs

*** Prix Fixe menu will include seafood and dairy and will not include pork.
