New York City is a cultural melting pot where the neighborhood bodega, a bustling chinatown noodle shop, a historic deli, and a Michelin-starred dining room can all share the same block. The menu, Culinary Crossroads, is Chef's official love letter to the five boroughs. He's taking the iconic, nostalgic, and diverse flavors of NYC and spinning them into an intimate, multi-course experience.

THE FLOW:

7pm- Arrival + Cocktails, Music & Vibes  

8:15pm (or so) -  Guests are seated in the Formal Dining Room for Dinner

* Tickets are nonrefundable. If purchaser is no longer able to attend, ticket may be transferred to another guest by emailing "jwright@8countkitchen.com" with "Guest Update" as the subject line, and new guest's first name and last name included in the body of the email.
